I have been coming to Carly for the past six years for various facials. I have never left an appointment feeling less than fantastic. She listens, she cares. I always feel seen and hard after a treatment with her. Nothing is too much trouble from the comfort of the bed to the surroundings of the room. I had a fantastic experience today with Carly. She did plasma on my upper eyelids, upper and lower jowls and part of the neck. It was my second treatment this year after the first one gave me amazing results few months ago. Carly made me feel very much at ease. She explained the treatment and what areas exactly we’d be working on. The aftercare is great with a detailed list of what to expect at various points in the healing process and recommended skincare. I feel well looked after with Carly checking up on how I feel after the treatment. I will definitely be booking in for more treatments.

Absolutely loved the red light therapy bed , was so relaxing and eased painful muscles, great atmosphere there as well!
